Comindtax Management Service Limited, was incorporated in June 1978, as the successor to Nihal Sri Ameresekere, Management Consultants, which commenced in August 1974, and provided the following services, to the private and public sectors, and local and foreign Clientele :

With the name of Comindtax Management Service Limited being changed in December 2007 to Consultants 21 Limited, the name of a dormant company was changed to Comindtax Management Service Limited, to recommence the above services, particularly Tax Consultancy and Financial Re-structuring Services.
